Service Description

Embodiment practices to create deeper connection to self and our bodies Innate wisdom in a safe trauma-informed environment. Together, within the sacred container of the circle, we will explore practices and topics to help create a sense of Somatic safety, in order to bring more contact to the innate wisdom of our female bodies Through embodiment practices, we can safely access a deeper state of presence, allowing us to move through life with greater capacity, ease and trust.. Through this process of building connection and trust in ourselves we allow for greater capacity to own our sovereignty and take full responsibility for ourselves, empowering confidence and courage to step towards being our true magnificent selves. There’s no quick fix. Our bodies hold so much and the process cannot be fast forwarded or sped up ….. and we all have layers of conditioning, beliefs, shields we need to excavate to access our organic nature. It is a beautifully subtle and profound journey of slowing down, taking care and surrendering to allow more of ourselves to emerge.
